The coach is a deterministic rule engine that runs entirely in your browser against data it already fetched from your own PocketBase — no cloud LLM, no third-party server, nothing leaves the stack. Every card cites the exact numbers behind its advice in a BECAUSE // line, and it reuses the same engines as the HUD and Digest (battery, cadence, sleep correlation, shield ROI), so coaching can never disagree with the dashboard.
