Accepted: Health Connect / Google Takeout JSON, Apple Health export.xml (drag it straight out of export.zip — no need to unzip), or a plain JSON array of health_snapshots-shaped records (the same shape the bridge posts).
How it works: parsing happens 100% locally in your browser — nothing is sent anywhere until you review the preview below and press IMPORT. Dates already on the server are skipped (the same date guard the Android bridge uses), so re-importing never creates a double. To let an old export overwrite stale data instead, enable REPLACE MODE (owner login required) — it deletes the existing snapshots for the imported dates first, then re-imports.

Health Import is disabled for this shared demo — dropzones still parse locally in your browser, but nothing posts. The manual documents the import path for your own installation.
NOTE · Apple Health reports HRV as SDNN while Kinetic Current stores rMSSD (rMSSD ≈ 0.7–1.0× SDNN). Apple-imported HRV is stored into the same hrv_rmssd field for trend continuity, tagged source: apple_health so you can tell the two apart in the data.
